Shout Out - Email Subscriptions...Make Sure You Are Signed Up!

It’s important to get our team information out to the parents in a timely manner when anything unexpectedly arises. For example, we just had a blizzard this past weekend that hit us and cancelled our Columbia Invitational tournament. We had one parent that had already subscribed for the mass “Shout Out” (the subscription signup is on the homepage halfway down) and she was informed around 5-6p that the tournament had be cancelled.

Now, I need the rest of the team parents (both parents can subscribe so nothing can get past either of you and even your daughter too!) and of course, for back up measures, check the website. If it is something important, you’ll notice it on the top of the home page and it will be highlighted.

“Shout Outs” are not just for cancellation of tournaments, they can be used as reminders, informing of a time change of practice (like the other weekend it was 6p), etc…They can be used for anything!

Why use "Shout Outs?” Well it’s simple, it frees up the Coaches to go on with their day as they do have important lives outside the club. They don’t need to be tied up answers calls, emails or texts when a simple “Shout Out” can be sent.

You must remember, it is your job as a parent and your daughter’s as a player to know what is happening with the team and when. Subscribe today, so you will always know!
